In the second quarter of 2025, the top news and magazines applications on the unified platform in Latin America showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis, powered by Sensor Tower data, provides a closer look at these apps' performances.

X (Formerly Twitter) from X Corp. demonstrated a decrease in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $120K and ending the quarter at around $91K. Weekly downloads peaked at 476K in mid-May before stabilizing around 340K by the end of June. Active users showed a decline from 57M to 53M over the same period.

Noticias Locales by NEWSDELIVER LIMITED saw a modest increase in revenue, closing the quarter at $63. Downloads increased significantly, reaching over 90K in the last week of June. Active users grew from 1.35M to 1.45M during the quarter.

Another Noticias Locales by YING LIANG HK LIMITED experienced fluctuating download numbers, peaking at 58K in late April. There were no revenue or active user data available for this app.

Consulta Benefício from Tazoa Apps showed a stable revenue trend, with minor variations around $20. Downloads peaked at 63K mid-May, while active users varied, peaking at 101K before settling at 54K by the end of June.

Finally, Notícias Locais also from NEWSDELIVER LIMITED, saw a decline in downloads, dropping to around 3K by late June. Revenue remained relatively stable, closing at $82, while active users decreased from approximately 1M to 743K.
